Past events become the parish’s album

The feast, the first communion, the youth retreat: each event that has happened keeps its own photographs.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Photos are added to the event

    Member

on Past events, in the phone app

A parishioner opens the event that has happened and adds the photos they took.

What the others see: Everyone in the parish sees the photos on the event, on the phone and the website.

  2. Step 2: Families and people are tagged

    Member

    on Tag people

They tag the families and the people in a photo.

What the others see: The person tagged, or the family’s head, is told and accepts or removes the tag.

  3. Step 3: Anybody can opt out

    Member

    on You were tagged

A member who would rather not be tagged turns tags off for themselves.

What the others see: From then on, tagging them is refused.

  4. Step 4: The office keeps it seemly

    Parish office

    on Past events

The office can hide a photo, giving a reason.

What the others see: The photo is hidden from the parish; the reason is kept.

How it ends

An album of the parish’s life, event by event, with every tag agreed to by the person in it.
