Workflow · 3 steps

A household asks for a login

Only the head of family asks, and only for somebody in the household. The office checks the relation against its own records before anybody gets in.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: The head of family asks

    Head of family

    on My family

The head chooses somebody in the household, or somebody not yet listed, and gives their name, their address for the invitation, how they are related, and a note.

What the others see: The request appears in the office’s queue, showing who the login is for and what the register says about them.

  2. Step 2: The office checks and approves

    Parish office

    on Awaiting approval

The office checks the relation against the parish’s records and approves, or declines.

What the others see: On approval an invitation is sent to the person. The login is always a Member’s.

  3. Step 3: The new member accepts

    Member

    on Accept the invitation

The person opens the invitation, sets a password, and comes into the parish as a member.

What the others see: They see the parish’s notices, what is on, and their family.

How it ends

Somebody in the household has their own login, given by the office, without the head sharing theirs.
