Dues raised, paid by UPI and confirmed into the books
No gateway sits between the family and the parish. The family pays from its own UPI app, says so with the reference number or a screenshot, and the treasurer confirms it against the bank.
Step by step
Step 1: The treasurer names the due
Treasureron Dues by ward
A name and period, mandatory or optional, the amount (a fixed amount, each household’s own rate, or give what you like), a due date, who it is for (the whole parish, wards, prayer groups, organisations, or chosen families), per household or per member, and the income account.
What the others see: Nothing is sent yet. The treasurer sees a preview: who will owe what, and who is left out and why.
Step 2: The dues are raised
Treasureron Dues by ward
The treasurer raises the run from the preview. A run raised by mistake can be reverted.
What the others see: Each family sees the due under Dues, as “To pay” or, for an optional due, “To give”.
Step 3: The family pays by UPI

On the phone, Pay opens the family’s own UPI app with the parish’s UPI ID and the amount filled in. On the website, the parish’s UPI ID and a QR code to scan are shown. Several dues can be paid together.
What the others see: The money goes straight from the family’s bank to the parish’s, through UPI.
Step 4: The family reports the payment

The head of family enters the UPI reference number (UTR), or attaches a screenshot of the payment.
What the others see: The report appears in the treasurer’s “Payments to confirm”.
Step 5: The treasurer confirms it
Treasureron Payments to confirm
Having checked the bank, the treasurer confirms, with a second factor. A single due may be confirmed for a corrected amount; a payment that never arrived is marked not found, with a reason.
What the others see: The family is told, and receives a numbered receipt. The due shows what was paid and when.
Step 6: Reminders go to those who still owe
Treasureron Dues by ward
The treasurer sends a reminder for the period. Optional dues are reminded only when asked.
What the others see: Families who have paid are not reminded.
How it ends
Each payment becomes a transaction in the books against its income account, with a receipt for the family. A mandatory due is never paid past its amount.
